If you need to cancel your registration for a program, the following refund schedule applies based on the time of cancellation:

Cancellation requests will be processed within 7-10 business days. The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive your written cancellation request.
Refunds are processed according to the cancellation schedule above. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a program due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, venue issues, or force majeure events), you will have the following options:

If you wish to reschedule to a different session of the same program:
Rescheduling is subject to availability in the desired session and can only be done once per registration.
You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost. Please notify us at least 3 business days before the program start date with the new participant's details.
In case of a medical emergency that prevents you from attending a program, we may consider exceptions to our standard policy. Please provide appropriate documentation (doctor's certificate, hospital admission papers, etc.) and we will review your case individually.
For programs requiring travel, if you are unable to attend due to visa denial or travel restrictions, we may offer:

For group registrations (5+ participants), separate cancellation terms may apply. Please refer to your group registration agreement or contact our team for details. Standard policy applies unless otherwise specified in writing.
For corporate or institutional registrations, the cancellation policy outlined in your specific agreement takes precedence. If no specific agreement exists, this standard policy applies.
